Description
Simplex Fuel Transfer Skid combines a heavy-duty self-priming gear pump, electric motor, and integrated control panel on a single structural steel skid with a bunded containment base. Factory-assembled and tested prior to dispatch, it minimizes site installation time and ensures reliable, consistent fuel transfer operation from day one. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for plant rooms, generator compounds, and outdoor installations with appropriate enclosure options.
Features
Pump & Mechanical
- Self-priming positive displacement gear pump — efficient at high pressure with high tolerance to system contamination
- Suitable for diesel, fuel oil, and similar low-viscosity petroleum products
- Built-in bypass pressure relief valve — protects system against overpressure
- Inlet isolation valve and outlet isolation valve
- Inline fuel strainer/filter with cleanable element
- Flexible hose connections to reduce vibration transmission
- Inlet vacuum gauge and outlet pressure gauge with isolation hand valves
Skid & Containment
- Structural steel skid frame — hot-dip galvanized or epoxy powder-coated finish
- Integrated drip tray / bunded containment sump with leak sensor
- All pipework hard-piped and factory-tested prior to dispatch
- Weatherproof enclosure option available for outdoor installation
Control & Electrical
