Description
Simplex Fuel Loading/Unloading Skid provides controlled, metered fuel transfer for both tanker truck unloading (fuel receipt into storage) and loading (fuel dispatch from storage) operations. A self-priming positive displacement pump draws fuel through a dual-purpose inlet manifold, passes it through a multi-stage filtration and metering assembly, and delivers it to the nominated tank or vessel. Static grounding and bonding interlocks, emergency shutdown, and a bunded containment sump ensure the system meets the safety requirements for handling Class I flammable petroleum products. All components are factory-assembled and pressure tested prior to dispatch, minimising site installation time.
