Description
Intercal NIR (horizontal) and V-NIR (vertical) series are DIN Norm centrifugal pumps fully compliant with EN 733 (DIN 24255). Rotor removal is possible without disconnecting suction or discharge pipework, provided a standard spacer coupling is fitted. Within each of the five bearing bracket sizes, the shaft, bearings, mechanical seal or packing, impeller nut, and bearing cover seals are fully interchangeable across all pump models in that bracket group.

Mechanical Seal Options
- Single Seal: For clean or slightly contaminated non-abrasive liquids up to 140 °C; self-lubricated by pumped liquid
- Special Single Seal: For clean or turbid liquids with mildly abrasive solids; lubricated by pumped liquid or external flush depending on abrasivity
- Double Seal: For higher-abrasivity liquids or fluids with sediment; requires independent external liquid circulation circuit; max 140 °C
