Description
The Wilden P200 is a 25 mm (1″”) Pro-Flo® Series bolted plastic AODD pump providing efficient performance and excellent chemical resistance in a compact footprint. The redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction for improved flow and extended diaphragm life. Bolted construction delivers reliable containment and the longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).

Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm configuration:
- Rubber: Max flow 220 lpm (58 gpm); suction lift 3.6 m (11.9′) dry / 9.1 m (30.0′) wet; displacement 0.32 L (0.09 gal) per stroke
- TPE: Max flow 216 lpm (57 gpm); suction lift 3.5 m (11.4′) dry / 9.8 m (32.0′) wet; displacement 0.33 L (0.09 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 195 lpm (51.4 gpm); suction lift 3.5 m (11.4′) dry / 8.6 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 0.5 L (0.13 gal) per stroke
- Reduced-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 174 lpm (46 gpm); suction lift 2.4 m (7.9′) dry / 9.4 m (31.0′) wet; displacement 0.22 L (0.06 gal) per stroke
