Description
The Wilden P800 is a 51 mm (2″”) Pro-Flo® Series bolted plastic AODD pump combining high efficiency with excellent chemical resistance and product containment. Its optimised liquid path reduces internal friction for higher output and longer diaphragm life. Bolted construction ensures leak-free operation and the longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR) in its class.

Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm configuration:
- Rubber: Max flow 624 lpm (165 gpm); suction lift 6.23 m (20.4′) dry / 8.66 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 2.75 L (0.73 gal) per stroke
- TPE: Max flow 615 lpm (162 gpm); suction lift 5.54 m (18.16′) dry / 8.66 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 2.78 L (0.74 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 615 lpm (162 gpm); suction lift 5.9 m (19.5′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 2.5 L (0.67 gal) per stroke
- Reduced-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 504 lpm (133 gpm); suction lift 4.15 m (13.62′) dry / 8.65 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 1.73 L (0.457 gal) per stroke
