Description
The Wilden® PS220/PS230 is a 25 mm (1″”) Pro-Flo® SHIFT bolted metal AODD pump setting the standard for performance and containment. Its enhanced liquid path reduces friction, delivering improved flow and extended diaphragm life. The pump retains the exact footprint as Wilden clamped models, enabling direct replacement without any system modification.
Features
- Pro-Flo® SHIFT ADS: Automatically prevents air chamber overfill, delivering up to 60% energy savings and increased flow rates.
- Enhanced Flow Path: Design offers up to 35% greater flow rates compared to competitive AODD models.
- Superior Containment: Bolted construction (FIT) ensures a leak-free seal for critical fluid handling.
- Versatile Connections: PS220 features threaded NPT/BSPT connections; PS230 features DIN/ANSI flanged connections.
- High Suction Lift: Reliable self-priming capability reaching up to 9.0 m (29.5′) wet.
- Ease of Maintenance: Increased on/off reliability and designed for the longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).
Performance
Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm material:
- Rubber: Max flow 204 lpm (54 gpm); suction lift 6.9 m (22.7′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 0.30 L (0.08 gal) per stroke
- TPE: Max flow 212 lpm (56 gpm); suction lift 5.9 m (19.3′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 0.26 L (0.07 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 197 lpm (52 gpm); suction lift 5.2 m (17.0′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 0.30 L (0.08 gal) per stroke
