Description
The Wilden® PS820/PS830 — also known as FIT — is a 51 mm (2″”) Pro-Flo® SHIFT Series bolted metal AODD pump that sets the standard for performance and efficiency. Its enhanced liquid flow path reduces internal friction for improved flow rates and extended diaphragm life, while bolted construction ensures superior product containment. The pump shares the exact bolt-down footprint and inlet/discharge connections as Wilden clamped pumps, enabling direct drop-in replacement without system modification.
Features
- Pro-Flo® SHIFT ADS: Automatically optimises air consumption, eliminating air chamber overfill with no flow reduction — up to 60% energy savings vs. conventional AODD technologies.
- Superior Containment: Bolted construction ensures reliable sealing and the longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).
- Direct Replacement: Sharing the same footprint as Wilden clamped pumps allows for easy drop-in replacement without piping changes.
- Enhanced Flow: Enhanced flow path design offers flow rates up to 35% greater than competitive models.
- Solids Handling: Capable of passing large solids up to 6.4 mm (1/4″”) without clogging.
- High Suction Lift: Industry-leading self-priming capability reaching up to 9.0 m (29.5′) wet.
Performance
Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm material:
- Rubber: Max flow 685 lpm (181 gpm); suction lift 7.1 m (23.3′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 2.8 L (0.73 gal) per stroke
- EZ-Install TPE: Max flow 668 lpm (176 gpm); suction lift 7.0 m (23.1′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 2.6 L (0.70 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 655 lpm (173 gpm); suction lift 6.6 m (21.8′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 2.5 L (0.65 gal) per stroke
