Description
The Wilden® PS420/PS430 is a 38 mm (1-1/2″”) Pro-Flo® SHIFT bolted metal AODD pump setting the standard for performance and containment. Its enhanced liquid path reduces friction, delivering improved flow and extended diaphragm life. The pump retains the exact footprint as Wilden clamped models, enabling direct replacement without any system modification.

Performance
Flow, suction lift, and displacement per stroke vary with diaphragm material:
- Rubber: Max flow 500 lpm (132 gpm); suction lift 5.9 m (19.5′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 1.1 L (0.30 gal) per stroke.
- EZ-Install TPE: Max flow 510 lpm (135 gpm); suction lift 6.2 m (20.4′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 1.1 L (0.30 gal) per stroke.
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 485 lpm (128 gpm); suction lift 5.5 m (17.9′) dry / 9.3 m (30.6′) wet; displacement 1.1 L (0.30 gal) per stroke.
