Description
The Wilden® PS15 is a 76 mm (3″”) Pro-Flo® SHIFT Series clamped metal AODD pump rooted in Jim Wilden’s original design. Clamped-band construction allows for rapid disassembly using a single tool, ensuring fast maintenance. The Pro-Flo® SHIFT ADS automatically optimises air usage, delivering high flow rates while significantly reducing energy consumption.
Features
- Pro-Flo® SHIFT ADS: automatically prevents air chamber overfill for greater flow per SCFM and reduced air and kilowatt consumption
- Clamped-band construction for single-tool disassembly and rapid serviceability
- NPT and BSPT threaded inlet/discharge connections for quick disconnect/connect
- ATEX compliant; CE marked
- Self-priming, dry-run capable, and submersible
- Shear-sensitive fluid handling capability
- Large-solids passage up to 9.5 mm (3/8″”)
- High suction lift — up to 8.6 m (28.4′) wet
- Increased on/off reliability and longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR)
- Low cost, simple installation, and ease of operation
Performance
Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm material:
- Rubber: Max flow 927 lpm (245 gpm); suction lift 6.6 m (21.6′) dry / 8.6 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 5.2 L (1.38 gal) per stroke
- EZ-Install TPE: Max flow 901 lpm (238 gpm); suction lift 6.3 m (20.7′) dry / 8.6 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 5.3 L (1.41 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 916 lpm (242 gpm); suction lift 6.2 m (20.2′) dry / 8.6 m (28.4′) wet; displacement 5.1 L (1.34 gal) per stroke
