Description
The Wilden P400 is a 38 mm (1-1/2″”) Pro-Flo® Series bolted plastic AODD pump delivering high performance with excellent chemical compatibility and containment. The redesigned liquid path minimises friction to enhance flow rates and extend diaphragm service life. Bolted construction provides reliable sealing and the longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).

Flow rates, suction lift, and displacement vary by diaphragm configuration:
- Rubber: Max flow 454 lpm (120 gpm); suction lift 5.5 m (18.2′) dry / 9.0 m (29.5′) wet; displacement 1.25 L (0.33 gal) per stroke
- TPE: Max flow 454 lpm (120 gpm); suction lift 4.8 m (15.9′) dry / 9.3 m (30.6′) wet; displacement 1.34 L (0.35 gal) per stroke
- Full-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 424 lpm (111.9 gpm); suction lift 5.7 m (18.7′) dry / 9.3 m (30.6′) wet; displacement 1.1 L (0.30 gal) per stroke
- Reduced-Stroke PTFE: Max flow 318 lpm (84 gpm); suction lift 5.2 m (17.1′) dry / 9.7 m (31.8′) wet; displacement 0.59 L (0.155 gal) per stroke
