Description
The F110 is Fluidwell’s most popular indicator/totalizer with signal retransmission, combining scaled pulse and analog outputs with Modbus communication. The analog output retransmits flow rate, while the pulse output reflects accumulated total. Featuring a rugged field enclosure, it includes a remote control input for external total reset or keypad lockout.
Features
- Simultaneous display of flow rate, resettable running total, and non-resettable accumulated total
- Scaled pulse output reflecting accumulated total; configurable pulse scale (e.g. one pulse per 3.25 GAL)
- Analog output retransmitting flow rate; scalable to any range
- Remote control input: external total reset or keypad CLEAR disable
- Selectable large digit mode: flow rate or total displayed at 17 mm (0.67″”) height
- Flow rate: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”) or 8 mm (0.31″”)
- Running total: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”); resettable via double CLEAR button press
- Accumulated total: 11 digits at 8 mm (0.31″”); non-resettable
- Separate on-screen engineering units for flow rate and total
- Modbus ASCII/RTU communication via RS232, RS485 2-wire or 4-wire, or TTL
- LED backlight with adjustable intensity
- Auto backup of settings and running totals in EEPROM memory
- Available in GRP, aluminium, or high-grade stainless steel enclosure
- Ambient temperature: −40 to +70 °C (−40 °F to +158 °F)
- Various accessories available
Applications
- Liquid flow measurement requiring flow rate and/or totalizer retransmission
- Applications requiring serial Modbus communication with DCS, SCADA, or PLC systems
- Harsh outdoor environments: rain, snow, sand, salt atmosphere
- Oil and gas, chemical, and process plant field installations
- Safe and hazardous area installations
