Description
The F103 is a versatile flow indicator, totalizer, and data logger for Class I, Division 2 hazardous areas. Ideal for new installations or replacing analyzers, it offers plug-and-play setup. The unit features 15-point linearization for high accuracy, comprehensive flow logging, analog retransmission, and PC-based configuration for demanding industrial applications.
Features
- Simultaneous display of linearized flow rate, resettable running total, non-resettable accumulated total, daily total, previous day total, and 15 historical day totals
- Flow logging: 600 daily logs, 1,500 interval logs, 724 event logs (optional)
- 15-point linearization with interpolation for high accuracy across the full flow range
- Smart K-factor configuration for volumetric or mass flow
- Scaled pulse output reflecting linearized accumulated total; configurable pulse scale (e.g. one pulse per 3.25 GAL)
- Pulse input retransmission for calibration, signal amplification, or sine wave/coil signal squaring
- Galvanically isolated loop-powered 4–20 mA analog output; scalable to any flow rate range
- Remote control input for external total reset or to disable manual CLEAR button
- Quick setup mode for fast configuration of most-used settings
- PC-configurable via free remote configuration tool (cable ACE02/06/07); RS232/RS485 Modbus ASCII/RTU
- Selectable large digit mode: flow rate or total displayed at 17 mm (0.67″”) height
- Flow rate: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”) or 8 mm (0.31″”)
- Running total: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”); resettable
- Accumulated total: 11 digits at 8 mm (0.31″”); non-resettable
- Separate on-screen engineering units for flow rate and total
- LED backlight
- Auto backup of settings and running totals in EEPROM memory
- Available in GRP, aluminium, or high-grade stainless steel enclosure
- Ambient temperature: −40 to +70 °C (−40 to +158 °F)
- Various accessories available
