Description
The F018 is a flow rate monitor featuring 15-point linearization and HART 7.0 communication for DD-enabled host systems. It retransmits linearized flow rate via scalable 4–20 mA output and accumulated total via scaled pulse output. Continuous monitoring of high and low flow rate alarms is also provided for precise process control.

- 15-point linearization of the flow curve with interpolation between points; applies to display, pulse output, and analog output
- Two flow rate alarm setpoints: configurable low and high; one configurable alarm output
- Red flashing LED backlight on alarm; adjustable intensity
- Scaled pulse output reflecting linearized accumulated total; configurable pulse scale (e.g. one pulse per 3.25 GAL)
- Pulse input retransmission for calibration, signal amplification, or sine wave/coil signal squaring
- Galvanically isolated loop-powered 4–20 mA analog output; scalable to any flow rate range
- HART 7.0 communication — all process data and settings readable and writable via DD-enabled host systems
- Selectable large digit mode: flow rate or total displayed at 17 mm (0.67″”) height
- Flow rate: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”) or 8 mm (0.31″”)
- Running total: 7 digits at 17 mm (0.67″”); resettable via double CLEAR button press
- Accumulated total: 11 digits at 8 mm (0.31″”); non-resettable
- Separate on-screen engineering units for flow rate and total
- Auto backup of settings and running totals in EEPROM memory
